The English FAQ is updated today, no doubt the German FAQ will follow in due course.
The most important things are answers to the outstanding questions about treatment of bluff cards as characters/supports, and changes to the answers about Sea Devil and Pandemonium/Brain Drain.
Why the changes? Well, that's what comes of trying to get answers in place for the European Championships without verifying every last detail.And in this case the detail is that there's a phrase in the German rules that isn't in the English rules. For details see the FAQ list.
