Titel: Fans sets on CardTable ?
how to get patches with the 4 fans sets (Rhul, Daria, Ghonzo, Azuth) for CardTable ?

I know some have been made, though they now should be downloaded separatly from CT-Blue Moon.

thanks for any hint.

I only know where to find the CT version for Daria (as I did it myself Smile). You should be aware that it is only for playtesting at the moment, as the people is not finished yet.

As for the Ghonzo, they are still about being created.

As for the Rhul, they have been in an older CT version, but taken out for some reason that I dont remember.

As for the Azuth, they have been withdrawed by its author.

Here is a translation to English from where I put the Daria CT version online:
http://www.blue-moon-fans.com/viewtopic.php?t=1202&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0

Download this ZIP-archiv
then unzip 1 directory above your CardTable directory with pathnames (!!).

Inside the archive are:
bluemoon_kartenliste_incl_Daria.xls => complete card list (in German, sorry), enhanced with Daria and their English texts
Cardtable\Cards\bluemoon\Daria [typ]\dariann.gif => the small pics of the Daria
Cardtable\Decks\Blue Moon\Daria.ctd => the playable CardTableFile for the Daria
Cardtable\Decks\Blue Moon\Data File (Blue Moon Sets und Daria).ctd => the overall file of all cards, enhanced with the Daria, for building own decks

Have fun while playtesting!

I'm responsible for the Blue Moon CT distribution setup.
I usually don't have time to follow the development of inofficial cards, but if there is enough interest in having a distribution of the fan sets similiar (and compatible) to the Blue Moon CT distribution, which doesn't include the Rhul anymore, you should contact me.
I'll try to offer the same auto-update feature for deck files as in the Blue Moon CT distribution, but quality assurance for the card defintion files has to be done by the authors themselves or other volunteers (the same applies to translations of card texts, providing suitable card images for usage in CardTable, and some other tasks).

So, anyone interested in distributing fan sets in a setup package like the Blue Moon CT setup/update should feel free to contact me in order to discuss further details.

I have another question : how do you manage to have such a good quality on the card pics (either official sets and unofficial sets) ?

I just used CardTable to code my own set, but I used my scanner + a photoshop-like program, I just don't get a good quality for my cards, not even close.

can you tell me how to do please ? Smile

I'm not sure whether I understand your question correctly. If you are talking about designing your own cards (and this has nothing to do with CardTable), it wil be best to use the Photoshop template originally provided by Redimikanas some months ago. This has since then be extended with English-language objects (title bar, card type text, moons, earth/fire-numbers, shields etc.) to be drag'n'dropped to your own card designs.
Basically, all you need is a good basic illustration for each card and the template mentioned above. Using these, one can usually create a totally new card within 5 minutes (with some Photoshop experience)...

Maybe you are just using the small images for cardtable? These are just resized images from the original card sizes (I used Image Magick to generate the small images from the normal ones, as it can be run in batch mode from a command line and is free)..
