There is an English language FAQ list for Blue Moon at http://www.mnemosyne.demon.co.uk/bgames/bluemoon which I hope some people here may find helpful.
If you want to know about where it came from and its status, well it answers those questions itself.
As with all FAQ lists it should expand as questions are asked and answered, and based on any suggestions.

I've uploaded a new copy of the FAQ. The only changes (as indicated) are to comments on online resources, including online play.

Another update today, this one more substantial. Only one new rules question (but it's a non-trivial one) but various miscellaneous questions, and some tidying up. One major change (which I hope someone appreciates as it took longer than I expected) is that I've supplemented all the card nameswith card numbers, so for example Laughing Gas gets an added [Khind 27] and Pandemonium gets an added [Khind 26, Vulca deck].
