Dearlove:
After a long delay (caused by stuff like Nuremberg - I wasn't there, but Reiner was of course - and other complications) I finally have the latest version of the FAQ, with all of the questions I'm aware of answered. And yes, the difficult ones do come from Dr. Knizia.
