Here's a copy of the relevant part of a posting I just made to the BoardGameGeek.

Q: Will there be any more Blue Moon peoples, or any more Blue Moon 
decks? 
A: There are only eight Blue Moon peoples (the Vulca, Hoax, Mimix, Flit, 
Khind, Terrah, Pillar and Aqua). Note that the Tutu, Hyla, Buka and 
Phar seen in the Emissaries and Inquisitors decks are not Blue Moon 
peoples. Although Kosmos have announced that there are currently no 
definite release plans, Reiner Knizia is evolving the Blue Moon world 
further. So be prepared ... 
(Actually I may omit the last partial sentence in the FAQ, but it comes from the authentic Kosmos & Knizia source as the rest, so I thought you'd like it here.) 

OK, let the speculation begin. Sorry I can't join in. As usual for reasons of geography my participation is limited, but I do know some things (and quite a lot about one idea that may or may not happen).
